Returns & Exchanges

At Mini Museum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique collectibles. If your item isn't a perfect fit for your collection, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our curators inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
